Conditions:
1. A battery will not be considered defective unless it fails to deliver 50% of its original rated capacity during the warranty period.
2. Each battery must be of the proper size, design, and capacity for the application it is being used in at 25 Deg Centigrade or 77 Deg Fahrenheit (float services only).
3. The warranty period shall be adjusted based on actual operating conditions such as temperature and frequency of charge/discharge cycles as published in the product data sheet. The warranty period will be reduced by 50% for every 15 Deg- Fahrenheit (8 Deg Centigrade) increase in operating temperature above 77 Deg Fahrenheit (base temperature).
4. Each battery must be charged, discharged, stored and serviced in accordance with the manufacturers written instructions.
5. RECELL is not responsible for batteries that fail due to improper charging or installation; broken container or cover; damage caused by fire, excessive heat, wreckage, explosion or freezing; or damage caused by abuse or neglect; or any act of God.
Claims:
Upon satisfactory proof of claim as determined solely by RECELL we will:
 - At our option either repair or replace the defective battery for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.
 - Not accept any product for return, credit, or exchange unless expressly authorized by RECELL in writing and returned freight prepaid to RECELL .
Limitations: The warranties set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied or statutory, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The warranties provided herein may not be assigned or transferred by the original user, and are the exclusive remedy for all claims, damages, or loss arising out of defect or failure of a VRLA battery, and RECELL is not liable for consequential, incidental, commercial, or property loss or damage, whether based upon tort or contact obligation.
